If during transit your items are broken or damaged in any way, we do offer to remake the product either free of cost of half priced (depending on situation) however you must provide a photograph of the damaged cup and box it was shipped in. If you decide you would like to ship the item yourself and it gets damaged unfortunately you are responsible to pay the full amount of that customized product to replace it.
