For Enhanced Durability on InkJoy Pen Wraps: To ensure your InkJoy Pen Wrap lasts longer, we recommend applying a light coat of UV resin or epoxy to the seam. Keep in mind that since the pen is predominantly made of silicone, the vinyl may not adhere well without this additional step.
Custom Sizes Available: If you require a custom size for your Pen Wraps, please specify the measurements in the notes section during checkout. Please double-check and provide accurate measurements, as you'll be responsible for repurchasing the wraps if the measurements are incorrect.

- InkJoy Size: 1.4x4.7 inches
For design submissions, kindly email your completed designs along with your name and order number to: onecraftingmomma20@gmail.com. Please ensure that your designs are finished and do not include copyrighted or trademarked images. Also, note that we do not print designs related to drugs, alcohol, or witchcraft.
For BIC pen designs, you can fit 14 per page, and the InkJoy designs 12 designs per page
Shipping
I provide an assortment of different creations and shipping times can range from 1 to 4 weeks. All items will be placed either in a padded bubble mailer or a box with additional packaging to ensure that all items arrive broke or damaged.
Return or Exchange policy
Due to COVID-19 and other personalized options, all sales are final. If during transit your items are broken or damaged in any way, we do offer to remake the product either free of cost of half priced (depending on situation) however you must provide a photograph of the damaged cup and box it was shipped in. If you decide you would like to ship the item yourself and it gets damaged unfortunately you are responsible to pay the full amount of that customized product to replace it. All items are made in a sanitary and clean work area with sanitized gloved hands and masked faces to ensure the safety of us the creator and you the customer.
